So I now have my new companion and he is The Man. He is half Chinese and whenever we walk around all the little kids always yell "chino" at him But he is sweet. He has black hair. In high school while he wasn't on the chess teem, he always went to the chess practices and, he is a computer hacker. Pretty much the biggest nerd ever. And I think that is why we are getting along sooo well. lol. I'm just made to be good friends with nerds and he is a way righteous guy. But the week was sweet. We worked hard but nothing really super interesting happened. Tuesday was transfer day and that's when I meet my new companion. And that day we had nothing planned in my area because everything was new. We have a white washed area, meaning basically the other missionaries have left us nothing to work with in our area. But we hit the ground running. We found the mission leader and his son showed us a bunch of members and then another member took us around to a bunch more. So the first day we were able to meet a ton of members and less actives. Then Wednesday we painted a lady's house that we set up the day before, which was awesome that we got hooked up with that service opportunity at the very beginning. Hopefully that gives the members some more confidence in how hard we want to work so they will let us teach their friends. Then Thursday we spent the whole day contacting and teaching. Friday we did the same and I did some baptismal interviews, because I am also the district leader as well as training. Which is a little bit harder but all good. Sunday we had two dinner appointments. lol. My companion wanted to kill me at the end for making him eat so much. It was hilarious. But yea, that was my week .
